DESCRIPTION:Join us for Community Unplugged: Real Talk on Violence & Justice (generously sponsored by the Missouri Foundation for Health) this November! You’re invited to our first ever unconference\, a prevention education event hosted by Harmony House\, in collaboration with community agency partners. \nWe’ll gather on Tuesday\, November 4th\, 2025 from 8am-4pm at the DoubleTree Convention Center\, for a full day of engaging discussion and content. Community Unplugged is an interactive and attendee-driven conference model. Sessions are proposed by attendees\, and led by local experts\, on the areas of: \n\nDomestic/Sexual Violence\nMental Health/Suicide Prevention\nGun Safety/Gun Violence\nChild Abuse & Neglect\nHuman Trafficking\nEducation\n\nCommunity Unplugged aims to increase awareness about the importance of violence prevention\, help bridge the gap between various agencies and providers\, and provide much needed education on approaches to prevention to help build safer communities. Registration is free\, and is now open! Seating is limited.
