One way you can support Harmony House is by hosting a fundraising event to benefit our mission. If you, your workplace, a social organization you belong to or your church is thinking of supporting our mission by hosting an event, we ask that you please complete the form below and submit it to Harmony House. We require that this form be completed and permission granted to utilize the Harmony House name and/or logo in any independent fundraising events.

- BINGO/Bunco/Trivia Event
- Special Sales or Customer Appreciation Events
